Who we are
KoveWorks Ltd is registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and your rights under the UK GDPR. For any data-related questions, email pete@koveworks.co.uk.
What data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- The message you send us
We do not collect any other personal data through this website.
How your contact form data is handled
Our contact form is powered by Web3Forms (web3forms.com). When you submit the form, your name, business name, email address, and message are transmitted to Web3Forms' servers and forwarded to us by email. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share it with any other third party, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
Analytics cookies
We use one analytics tool to understand how this site is used. It is not activated unless you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
GA4 is operated by Google LLC. It collects anonymised data about pages visited, time on site, and general location (country or region level). No personally identifiable information is collected or sent to Google. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
GA4 uses cookies stored in your browser. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies, or by using a browser extension to block analytics trackers (such as uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger).

- Object to our processing of your data
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
