Project
If the Discovery Sprint identifies something worth building, designing, or advising on — and you want us to do it — we scope and deliver the work. Fixed scope, clear deliverables, honest timelines. Depending on what's needed, projects run from a few days to a couple of weeks.

Retainer
Some clients want us to stick around — to keep improving, keep advising, and be available when the next decision comes up. Retainers are offered when they make sense, not sold as the default. We're only interested in ongoing relationships that are genuinely earning their place.
We only stay as long as we're needed
