You get a real plan either way. If it makes sense to work together afterwards, brilliant. If not, you keep the plan and walk away better off.

- No. The whole point is that you get value whether you continue or not. The plan is yours to keep.
- How long does it take?
- Typically one to two weeks from kick-off to your final plan, depending on the size of your business.
- What if you don't find anything worth doing?
- Then we'll tell you. We'd rather give you an honest "you're in good shape" than invent work. That honesty is the whole reason this works.
- We're not very technical — is that a problem?
- Not at all. Most of our clients aren't. Our job is to handle the technical side so you don't have to.
